Who we are and what we do.
HousingIT limited is a new company formed in 2007.
The principle aim of the company is to develop market and sell a
hosted service for smaller RSL's managing social housing
properties.
As well as being part of the total solution for the smaller RSL,
HousingIT's solutions for Mobile, Intranet and Asset Management are
equally at home linked to an organisation's existing legacy
systems, giving the legacy systems a new lease of life.
HousingIT is a private company owned by its staff and a group of
private investors.
In starting this venture we have bought together a group of
people with many years of experience in providing solutions to the
housing market.
Paul Tomlinson: Managing
Director,
Paul has over 25 years of experience within ICT.
Formerly with Data General and Oracle, he was part of the original
MBO team of First Software that acquired the Local Government
Division of Oracle. First Software grew to over 300
customers in the Housing Management and Revenues and Benefits
markets before being acquired by SX3 and subsequently Northgate.
Paul's experience included managing the whole applications business
of SX3.
John Jervis: Sales Director,
John has almost 20 years experience within ICT and for
most of this time has dealt with the local government and social
housing sector. John held senior sales positions in First
Software/Sx3, Anite and HBS prior to joining HousingIT.
