New housing management system
The new housing management system provided in a new
way
HousingPoint is a new web-native,
access anywhere, mobile-integral IHMS (integrated housing
management system) designed for smaller RSLs.
HousingPoint requires no capital
investment and requires no in-house IT support. Uniquely,
HousingPoint is delivered using a
Software as a Service (SaaS) model, which means
the system is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Designed with the customer/tenant in mind, with customer task
driven workflows, HousingPoint also
offers citizen access for housing-related forms, housing options
and advice.
Utilising industry-standard Microsoft technology,
HousingPoint is intuitive and easy-to-use
and, using SharePoint, encourages collaborative working.
HousingPoint is based upon
Microsoft's SharePoint Server and is a collection of technologies
designed to unify systems and information from different sources
into a single enterprise solution. This single enterprise solution
brings together people, information and processes in a
collaborative environment. It includes the capabilities to guide
users through different enterprise resources, such as documents,
applications, processes and data.
HousingPoint offers built-in proactive
workflow and workload management, based on industry good practice
guides.
